This completes the content for the 16 template areas providing an initial description for a Data Persona, who they are, what they need, how they work with data, the actions they’ll take, the outcomes they drive, and how best to deliver Information Products in a way that fits their expertise and preferences.
Not quite happy with the term expertise, so will need to rethink that one.
The rest might actually survive future iterations of all the other content, time will tell!
